The Amalfi shirt is inspired by the 1950/60s men’s shirts. Made from 100% cotton, this shirt features a subtle light blue pinstripe pattern, perfect for those who appreciate refined and versatile style. The ’50s-style collar, mother-of-pearl buttons, and tailored cut make it ideal for both casual and formal looks.

The collar is melted into one-piece with the front of the shirt and create a wonderful roll both on it’s own or underneath a jacket. This type of collar is rarely found on a ready-to-wear shirt because it has an incredibily difficult construction.

Buttons are a small detail of the shirt, but they can give a significant impact on the overall aesthetic; so we only use the finest Mother of Pearl buttons to add a sense of elegance and refinement to every shirt.

The precision with which this short-sleeved shirt is made is extraordinary and you can perceive this from every little detail: from the shape of the collar, sleeve to the stitching of the buttons.

At the base of the side seams, we’ve applied the the triangular embroidered gusset “Mosca”, to add flexibility when sitting and durability to help you wear your shirt year after year.

Lower hem curves stitching.

Buttons are made of rare mother-of-pearl ( ivory colour).

The design is inspired by the vintage “surfer shirt” of the 50s/60s with attention to all the period details.
