Description

Capirari shirts are a true example of traditional Italian tailoring, they are completely produced in Italy by selected and specialized artisans and with fabrics and manufacturing processes of best quality. The precision with which this short-sleeved shirt is made is extraordinary and you can perceive this from every little detail, from the shape of the collar and cuffs to the stitching of the buttons. The Amalfi shirt is inspired by the 1950/60s men’s shirts. The fabric used is an exquisite soft blue Chambray cotton, that ensures high wearing comfort and it’s ideal for all seasons.

The collar is melted into one-piece with the front of the shirt and create a wonderful roll both on it’s own or underneath a jacket. This type of collar is rarely found on a ready-to-wear shirt because it has an incredibily difficult construction. We have added another peculiar detail to make the shirt really exclusive and inimitable; the “Barchetta”, it is like a small rocking boat breast pocket.
This is one of the most beautiful element that characterizes the traditional Neapolitan tailoring. This kind of pocket requires high skills and offers an elegant point of difference with respect to the other shirts on the market.

Buttons are a small detail of the shirt, but they can give a significant impact on the overall aesthetic; so we only use the finest Australian Mother of Pearl buttons to add a sense of elegance and refinement to every shirt.
